VPS at Boston 2026

VPS Website Team

Last year, the Vatican Philatelic Society participated in a Vatican Stamp Day event at the Spellman Museum of Stamps and Postal History at Regis College in Weston Massachusetts. Well, VPS will be returning to the Bay State in 2026 for next year’s twelfth decennial international stamp show, Boston 2026. The event will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, now known as the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center. The dates for the show are May 23-30, 2026.

VPS has reserved a meeting room for the show on Thursday, May 28, from 1 pm to 5 pm. Initial planning is underway regarding a program for the day, but we have three questions to ask our members:

  • What would you like to see presented at the meeting?
  • Would you be interested in participating in the planning for the event?
  • And, are you planning to come to Boston for the show?

Click on the "Contact" button below to let us know what you think.

We had a very successful Vatican Stamp Day last year, and we are hoping for a repeat at Boston 2026, where VPS members and philatelists interested in the stamps of Vatican City and the Roman States can get together and enjoy a day immersed in this great area of shared interests.

Next May seems a long way off, but it is only eight short months from now, and we want to make our plans well in advance of the show. So let us know what you think, if you are coming to Boston, and whether you have an interest in joining us in the planning. This event happens only once every ten years, so let’s make Boston 2026 one to remember for our Society.
