 Europa 2008: Pope Benedict XVI Writing (A Letter) Scott 1375 (2008) Each year, the VPS Website Team likes to reach out to our members to ask for your help with producing material for the Society’s offerings. This includes the preparation of articles for our Daily Emails and the Daily Questions that are distributed every day, as well journal articles for the quarterly Vatican Notes. We have received responses in the past, so THANK YOU to those who have stepped up. One of our goals is to keep the content going out to you with the Daily Emails fresh, enjoyable and entertaining. Our library of past articles has been updated to include new content and links to online material to provide new insights. One area in need of updating is the Daily Questions. As you can imagine, collecting 365 new questions each year is a lot of work and a challenge, so some help in this area would be appreciated. We know our members possess a vast depth of knowledge on a variety of topics, and sharing this with your fellow members would help further the mission of our Society, which is to: “promote the collecting of stamps of the Pontifical State and Vatican City State, and to provide the opportunity for the exchange of knowledge concerning them.”We are looking for sources for new articles that would be valuable contributions to our publications. They can be as short as a couple of paragraphs or as long as is necessary to convey a given subject. You do not need to be an accomplished writer to contribute—we can help you turn it into something to share with your fellow members. We hope you have been inspired to contribute material to your VPS publications, and we welcome you to join us. Feel free to contact one of us to let us know about your interest and any topics you would like to tackle. It is a rewarding and enjoyable way to further the mission of our Society.
