 For those of us planning for the upcoming Boston 2026 World Expo, it is hard to believe it is now just two months away. The decennial international philatelic event runs from Saturday, May 23 through Saturday, May 30, at the Boston Convention and Exposition Center on the Boston waterfront. As we have announced in previous Daily Emails and on the VPS website, the Vatican Philatelic Society will be holding a get-together at the Expo on Thursday, May 28, from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. The room for the event has been assigned, and we will be meeting in Room 160B. The meeting will take on an informal format, allowing folks to meet and greet, as well as let people know about VPS and the benefits of the Society to enhance everyone’s appreciation of Vatican philately. We will have application materials available for attendees, information on Vatican philately, and we will be running a slide show loop to entertain those who take the time to drop by. In addition, VPS will be exhibiting our quarterly journal, Vatican Notes, in the Periodicals section of the Literature exhibition at Boston 2026.
