The Vatican Philatelic Society is pleased to welcome our newest member: We wish Edward many years of enjoyment and fulfillment as a member of VPS. More news has trickled in regarding the release and withdrawal of a new stamp issued by the United Nations Postal Authority, which was part of a six-stamp set focused on Vatican City as a UNESCO World Heritage site. And, the story includes a member of the Vatican Philatelic Society.
