For the past several months, the VPS website team has been diligently working to populate the VPS special postmark database, which contains the complete history of all Vatican City special postmarks. <br><br> VPS members can access this valuable resource by navigating to the <b>Album Page Builder</b> link on the VPS <b>Members Only</b> website page. Clicking this link opens the Album Page Builder Menu screen, where members will find the link to the <b>Postmark Album Page</b> on the right side of the webpage. <br><br> From the Postmark Album Page, members can explore each special postmark, grouped by year, as once used by the Vatican City Post Office. Each postmark description has a <b>Display Page</b> button, which generates a display webpage that can be either viewed online or downloaded as an HTML file for personal use. <br><br> We hope VPS members find this information about special postmarks helpful to everyone's study of Vatican City philately. <br><br>
