VPS MEMBER-TO-MEMBER - This function allows VPS Members to email messages to other VPS members in a secure manner. 
 <ol Type='i'>
 <li>To access this screen click on the 'VPS Member-To-Member' button located below the gold menu bar on the Member Page.</li>
 <li>If you have agreed to have your name listed as a contact member, you will find the list of members who have agreed to have their contact information listed. You have the option to authorize having your contact information listed. (see the last step below)</li>
 <li>Click on the contact name of the person you want to communicate with and follow the directions on the screen.</li>
 <li>To add your name to the list of VPS members agreeing to be contacted: 
 <ol type="a">
 <li>'Click Membership' on the gold menu bar.</li>
 <li>'Click Update Address'.</li>
 <li>Enter 'My Collecting Interest'.</li>
 <li>Authorize your name to be added to the Member-To-Member contact list. (optional)</li>
 <li>'Click Update'</li>
