<b>SEARCH THE VATICAN NOTES INDEX BY STAMP ISSUE YEAR</b> - Allows you access information in the <b>Vatican Notes for a particular Stamp Issue</b>. <br> <ol type="i"> <li>'Click Here'. Enter the year you want to search for a particular stamp issue. Click 'Submit'.</li> <li>A list of stamps issued that year will appear.</li> <li>'Click Number' to view the stamp images. 'Click Return' to go to the prior page.</li> <li>'Click View Article' to review articles in the Vatican Notes on the stamp issue. 'Click the Side Arrows' to go from page to page. If the Down Load Button appears in the upper right corner, 'Click Download' if you want to print or to save the article. 'Click Member' to return to the prior screen.</li> <li>Noted on the screen is Volume, Issue, Page (indicates where the article exists in the Vatican Notes.)</li> <li>'Click Member' to return to the Member Page.</li> </ol> <br>
