<b>VATICAN NOTES</b> - The VPS has been publishing the <i>Vatican Notes</i>, a the VPS quarterly journal, continuously since 1953. Its purpose is to keep the members informed not only on current information regarding Vatican Philately but to also present articles on the history of the Vatican dating back to 1929, when the first Vatican City stamps were issued. Throughout the years there has been a lot of material published about the Pontifical States also. </b><br> <ol type="i"> <li>Select the icons for the publication as it appears on the Member Page screen. </li> <li>'Click' on the issue you would like to view. 'Click the Side Arrows' to go from page to page reviewing the Vatican Notes.
