<b>INDEX BY STAMP ISSUE</b> - Allows access to various articles in the Vatican Notes by <b>'Stamp Issue'</b>. See Fig 4.<br> <ol type="i"> <li>'Click Index By Stamp Issue'. 'Click the Down Arrow' to select the issue year you want to search. 'Click Submit'. All the stamps, postcards, aerograms, mini sheets, inscription blocks, and special announcements for that year are listed.</li> <li>'CIick the Number' to view images of the stamps.
