   St. John Lateran
   St. Peter's
   St. Mary Major
   St. Paul Outside The Wall

Your answer was: St. Mary Major.
You are correct!!

Answer: St. Mary Major is the Roman church that has the mosaic images from which these stamp depictions have been taken. The mosaics show Abraham showing the strangers hospitality. Much like Caritas International does by being a confederation of 165 Catholic relief, development, and social service organizations. They operate in over 200 countries and territories worldwide.
