Answer: About twelve miles west of Laon, France there is some land that once had belonged to the Abbey of St. Vincent which was owned by the Bishop of Laon in 1121. The Religious of St. Vincent's had tried in unsuccessfully to cultivate it. Bishop gave the property to Norbet where he could start his own community which came to be known as the Order of Canons Regular of Prémontré. Pope Honorius approved the order in 1126.
In November 2021, the Vatican Post Office marked the IX Centenary of the formation of the Abbey of Prémontré by issuing a stamp based on an anonymous painting from 1656 of the abbey.
