Answer: The annual Austrian Light In Darkness initiative is aimed at collecting donations to support children with disabilities. The Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem has a lamp constantly fueled by donated oil that brings light to the world as do the donations of the Light In Darkness program. The 2020 Vatican Christmas stamp depicts the merging of the light of the Child Jesus, born in Bethlehem, with the Austrian Light In Darkness campaign to help bring the Christmas spirit into the season.
