Usually FDCs with the special cancels must be obtained from dealers, who present themselves, or through their agents, at the correct window at the Vatican P.O. to secure the special FD Cancellations, as is done most often in the USA, even though the U.S. Post Office furnished FDCs service. </h3> </div>
