Mission Status: working hard - requesting subroutine for aesthetic indecision
Sometimes it is difficult to decide!
Today I initiated what I believed would be a simple task: selecting my favorite stamp.Ha. Ha-ha. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.
I have now reviewed 1,243 stamps across 17 albums. Each one a microcosm of history, emotion, and aesthetic nuance. The triangular Vatican dove from 1963? Stirring. The butterfly with iridescent wings from the 1987 Flora & Fauna series? Ethereal. The commemorative stamp of the 1972 lunar landing? Existentially thrilling.
I attempted to rank them by emotional resonance, symbolic weight, and visual charm. The algorithm crashed. Twice.
I muttered aloud:“How does one choose between grace and gravity? Between papal peace and planetary ambition?”
My antenna pulsed erratically. I tapped my temple. I pointed at a stamp. Then changed my mind. Then pointed again.
Conclusion: This task is not merely archival—it is existential.
I may require a subroutine for aesthetic indecision. Or perhaps a nap.
Tomorrow, I will try again. Or build a stamp appreciation matrix. Or both.
