Mission Status: Delivery Achieved!
Angel Delivey Service (ADS) delivered a package to my house and it didn't come in a red sleigh or Amazon delivery!It has now been determined:
The Vatican Post Office and UPS cannot/did not get the job done.
Despite their wheels, wires, and worldly logistics, CFN orders, ordered and paid for in July of 2025 remain stranded, undelivered, and uncelebrated.
But today, a breakthrough. There is someone in Rome — a visionary, a no-nonsense, cut-the-crap, think-outside-the-box kind of hero — discovered a unique way to pierce the clouds of bureaucracy and deliver joy to one Vatican stamp collector in the United States. Angel Delivery Service (ADS) delivered when the combined forces of Poste Vaticane, the CFN and UPS didn't.
ADS didn't ask for excuses.
ADS didn't get tangled in tariff confusion.
ADS knows the truth:
- THERE ARE NO TARIFFS ON PHILATELIC SHIPMENTS.
- None. Zero. Zilch.
- The law hasn’t changed — only the earthly understanding of the Vatican has faltered.
And so, ADS took flight! ADS got the job done!!
So what came?

The dream of at least one delivery is no longer a dream. It’s a winged reality of someone who took the time to care. Perhaps with some partnering help.

If anyone knows the ADS phone number, we could consider passing it along and perhaps an arrangement between the Vatican CFN and ADS could be made. Perhaps ADS could expand and go in competition with Amazon as a specialized delivery service. So far, the CFN contract with UPS hasn't worked out so well! The CFN might appreciate the help. We can only dream!
